Default Child Support: Paid $10K purge clause on June 3...charged with contempt again on July 7.

The Division of Child Support Enforcement in Virginia apparently
doesn't like my FOIA requests or the fact that I'm fighting them HARD
in Court -- losing mostly (I was found to be in contempt because I paid
over $1700 more than my arrearage order required sooner than it was
required to have been paid [REALLY].

Facing a $10K purge clause I paid on June 3, I was charged with
contempt about 31 days later for non-support...the next arrearage
payment wasn't even due yet.

DCSE filed a similar action against me in the middle of the hearings
relating to the last contempt charge which was dismissed.

I'm viewing their legal action against me now as sort of a SLAPP
suit...trying to get me to back off my challenges of their actions.

Any ideas as to how I might shut this contempt charge down? My family
and I can't afford another illegal purge clause.

Waiting urgently for the next session of the Virginia General Assembly,

Dave
